The short version: EloPost drafts and schedules social posts on your behalf. You own your content, you're responsible for what you approve, and you can cancel anytime.
EloPost reads the website you provide, generates draft social media content, and publishes the posts you approve to the accounts you connect. We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for the business and social accounts you connect. Keep your credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. Agencies may manage client accounts only with each client's authorization.
Your website content and everything you upload remain yours. Posts EloPost drafts for you are yours once published or approved. You grant us the limited license needed to read your site, generate drafts, and publish on your instruction, nothing more. You are responsible for ensuring approved posts are accurate, lawful, and don't infringe others' rights.
Don't use EloPost to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing; to impersonate others; to spam; or to violate the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. The free month requires no card and converts to a paid plan only if you choose one.
EloPost is provided “as is.” Generated drafts can contain errors. Review before approving. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If we make material changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use EloPost after that date means you accept the updated terms.
